- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great experience! Jackie displayed grace under fire. She was the only person working today, the computer system was running slow, and there was a long line of customers. Jackie stayed calm, professional and polite. She was able to multitask without making anyone feel rushed or neglected. She kept the mood light and got everyone taken care of timely. Oh! Did I mention this was during lunchtime? I get cranky when I have to work through my lunch! If Jackie was she didn't show it! Kudos Jackie!!!By P C, June 09, 2017
