  Terrible customer service, took 4 business days to hear back about a loan. We were denied and wells Fargo accepted us for a larger amount and lower rate. Definitely steer clear of this place!

  May as well be Wells Fargo. Don't bank here. Without going into too many private details, my family has been with this credit union for over a decade. We have been with them exclusively even when we moved far away to a big city. A mistake was made, overdraft fees were charged though we had the funds in the bank. We couldn't transfer money because it was the weekend and the fees racked up. We asked them to help, to forgive the fees since there was nothing we could have done since the bank was closed and they flat out refused. The number of $$ Is huge, and they have no interest in helping us, only keeping all that $$ they make of our mistake. I don't know what has happened in recent years. This uses to be a bank with heart, a bank that cares, a bank that was different from places like Wells Fargo. We supported them because they were local. Well, apparently local doesn't mean what it used to. Apparently being a customer for over 10 years doesn't count for much. We are leaving.
