- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Wow! In and out in 30 minutes at the DMV! Avoid the 8am rush everyone, I dropped in at 3:45pm to renew and was out by 4:10pm. I was taken care of by Kimberly who was very nice and witty! As I awaited my photo, I saw a person next to me who was inadvertently missed in the queue, I was impressed Kimberly observed this, while still taking care of other customers and sought to get resolved promptly with other employees. Way to go DMV, also since 5 years ago I appreciate the many improvements with the registration and waiting process much more efficient and professional.By Dan Sharp, November 03, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆11:32 AM: I came in to get my Motorcycle Endorsement! Last time I was in was to change my address (about 2 years ago). To change it they had me write the new address on the back of my license with a Sharpe (So official). Anyway, this time through, the marker had rubbed off and even though it was changed in the system and they had the correct address they required me to resubmit paperwork with my address. I was scrambling to find something I'd downloaded on my phone and getting a copy of my insurance from my car. In the meantime, the lady helping me wanted to take her lunch and moved me to another window. I approach the next window asking the guy if this page would work. It was an account page that had my name and I had to scroll down to show the address. Before I get a chance to scroll down, he's chiming in; "it needs to show your address". I reply, in an annoyed tone, "I'm scrolling down". He responds, "You know what, I'm not helping you. Go back and get a new number. You're being rude!" I Said, "I'm sorry if I seem rude, I'm a little annoyed. I'm wondering if this document will work for the proof of address. I shouldn't have to start over." He said, "I'm NOT helping you. Get back in line or I'll have you removed." 1:23 PM: I'm still waiting to be called. They went down to one window open and literally every person (8 of them) have left for lunch throughout this ordeal.By Tricia Lloyd, October 31, 2016
