  We worked with Kim Short for our home loan, and she is a amazing. She's very sweet and personable. After talking to her for a few minutes, you'll feel like you've known her your entire life. We spoke a lot through the loan process and she was always there to answer my questions and guide me along the process. No matter how dumb of a question I thought I asked her, she always answered in the clearest, most professional, way possible. I learned so much about the home loan process from her. It gave me a strong sense of confidence in using Unifirst as our lender. Even after we closed on our house, Kim was in touch to make sure we were happy and was pleased to hear how we were coming along in our new construction. If we ever buy again, I won't hesitate to call Kim first.

  Kim Short was great! She explained everything to me really well, came to my place of work to drop things off or pick them up and patiently went through everything with me. The whole process was pretty easy and painless. I compared her fees with other companies and found them slightly lower. Plus Kim was very professional so there was no reason not to use her.

  Stephanie Sauvage is one of the best loan officers I have ever worked with. I am a CPA and I have my own personal experiences along with what I see many clients go through in the loan process. I can say that Stephanie makes the loan process go as smoothly as possible and is fully engaged for her client. She really cares and is a joy to work with. I can confidently recommend her!
